At its heart lies a meticulously designed structure, encompassing 4,000 square meters of thoughtfully planned spaces.

The architecture seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with eco-friendly principles, featuring clean lines, natural materials, and a design ethos deeply rooted in sustainability.
The complex comprises a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom s flats, each adorned with expansive windows that frame panoramic views of the sparkling sea.
