In the south of Crete, on a 6540 m2 plot 200 meters from the beach, a new residential complex is being built, Bungalows Project.
4 tiny detached houses are being built in a homogenous layout.
In fact, each house has been oriented in such a way as to offer privacy to its occupants.
Even though the houses are distributed around the pool, all the bedrooms, located at either end, enjoy a view of the mountains and the sea in complete tranquillity and, above all, without being overlooked.
The materials used blend in perfectly with the landscape and are totally local, in keeping with our ecological philosophy.
The natural stone wall cladding blends perfectly with the wood, which has been used not only for the central part of the houses and for the construction of the pergolas, but also for the interior decoration of the houses.
